The wind chill was 7!! Wow.
So, today, I moved slowly because I didn't sleep well...BUT, I made it to the gym and did 30 minutes on that Octane machine on a higher level.
Today, my playlist was Beyonce songs...I know, I know...lame...but, they were upbeat!
I'm exhausted. tomorrow is the strength training class...I promise next post will definitely be more interesting. ;)
